The Loon Lodge Inn & Restaurant is a four season’s lodge located on the shores of Rangeley Lake & nestled into the Western Mountains of Maine. It is an ideal retreat which offers spectacular lake views and sunsets, intimate lodging & causual fine dining. A perfect place to reconnect with friends and family.
Built in 1909 the lodge has a rustic mountain décor. Original quilt work, artwork and nature photographs from local artists adorn the walls. The Great Room has cozy over-stuffed “Old Hickory” furniture in front of a fieldstone fireplace making you feel right at home.
The Lodge is central to many sporting activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, hiking, golfing swimming, and boating.
Rangeley Lake is at your front door. Our new dock system accommodate up to 10 boats. In the Summer our private beach is great for swimming.
In the winter Rangeley lake is accessed by our ramp for snowmobiling and connects you to all the regions snowmobile ITS trails into New Hampshire, Canada and through out the state of Maine. Saddleback Ski Area is just minutes away, and its a short drive to Sugarloaf USA or Sunday River. Summer, winter, spring or fall the beacon on our dock will guide you into the Loon Lodge from the lake.
