Loon Lodge Policies

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. (please notify us of late or early arrivals)
Check out time is 11 a.m.
For your safety all doors are locked each night at 10:00 p.m. and unlocked at 7:00 a.m., please make arrangements at the front desk if this is an inconvenience.

Please notify The Loon Lodge immediately of any changes or cancellations. Reservations not canceled within 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be subject to charges for your entire stay. The credit card used to guarantee your reservation will be charged.

Reservations made on-line cannot be discounted.

Room capacities and extra charges (rates are on based on double occupancy)

Saddleback, Olympic &; Lakeside 1 room capacity 2 people
Nordic, Slalom, Quad, and Lakeside 2 room capacity is 4 people
Christie will accommodate up to 6 people.
(additional $20 per person for the 5th and 6th person)

All Packages and Room Rates Subject to Maine State Rooms and Meals Tax.

Rates are subject to change.

Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or special.

A cleaning/maintenance fee will be charged to your bill if furniture is misused or broken.

A $50 charge will be added to your bill if a key is missing or taken.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the Lodge. A $50 cleaning fee will be applied to your room charge if smoking is detected.

No pets allowed.

Alcohol Sales Policy
The Loon Lodge is in compliance with the Maine State law Title 28-a Section 706-2 which requires any person under the age of 27 to present a reliable photographic state issued ID containing that person’s date of birth. A second form of ID may also be requested for verification.
If you look younger than 30 you will be carded in the “Pub” or in “The Restaurant”

Underaged drinking is never permitted any where on the property. Alcohol purchased outside the lodge is not permitted to be consumed in the public areas of the Lodge due to our liquor licensing. 

We are committed to the safe and responsible sale of all alcoholic beverages to only those patrons who are 21 years of age or older and will refuse service of alcoholic beverages to those individuals who are visibly intoxicated or in the case where we deem it necessary to prevent a person from becoming visibly intoxicated.
